Mission Statement
Our responsibility is to be a leader in the marketplace, not just in terms of units and numbers, but how each and every customer perceives his or her experience with Crossroads Automotive Group. We will run a Christian organization guided by the principles of care and compassion for our fellow employees and their families in the belief that secure, happy staff members will provide to our customers the treatment they deserve and expect.
Crossroads Timeline
Founded in July, 1996 – The first Crossroads Ford store opened on Buck Jones Road in Cary, North Carolina. With our talented team of people, stocking large new vehicle inventory and our Christian Values, Crossroads Ford in Cary soon grew into one of the premier Ford Stores in the nation.
1998 – We created our first warehouse showroom concept from an old grocery store in Cary. This building became our Crossroads Ford Truck Center housing over 100 trucks and SUVs.
January, 2000 – We acquired our 2nd Ford store in Wake Forest, NC becoming Crossroads Ford of Wake Forest.
Summer, 2001 – Crossroads Ford of Cary became the # 2 volume Ford Dealership in the country.
April, 2002 – Acquired our first Infiniti franchise which is Crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh.
August, 2004 – Started Crossroads Christian Academy in Henderson, NC.
January, 2006 – Expanded into Virginia acquiring Ford, Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge franchises in Petersburg, Virginia.
June, 2006 – Built what is now the largest Ford showroom in the country, a 3-acre showroom on Walnut Street in Cary with over 300 new vehicles inside all unlocked ready for you to explore.
May, 2007 – Acquired Ford franchise in Morganton, North Carolina becoming Crossroads Ford Lincoln Mercury
October, 2007 – Acquired Ford franchise in Kernersville, North Carolina becoming Crossroads Ford of Kernersville
August, 2007 –Crossroads was awarded a new Nissan franchise and opened Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest.
July, 2008 – Acquired Nissan franchise in Sanford, North Carolina becoming Crossroads Nissan of Sanford
July, 2008 –Acquired Mazda, Lincoln, and Mercury in Prince George, Virginia becoming Crossroads of Virginia
September, 2008 - Acquired Mercedes, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche and Volvo franchises in Roanoke, Virginia becoming Crossroads of Roanoke, Inc
September, 2008 - Acquired Mercedes, BMW, BMW Motorcycles, Volvo, and LINCOLN-Mercury franchises in Lynchburg, Virginia becoming Crossroads of Lynchburg, Inc
March, 2010 - Acquired Ford franchise in Sanford, North Carolina becoming Crossroads Ford of Sanford
August, 2010 - Acquired Nissan franchise in Hickory, North Carolina becoming Crossroads Nissan of Hickory
March, 2011 - Was awarded a new Infiniti franchise in Roanoke, Virginia and added Crossroads Infiniti of Roanoke to our Roanoke complex
February, 2012 - Starting construction on New Infiniti point in Apex, NC
